	1. Primarily removed old dead hosts but some that were dead
	   in areas I have identifed cause problems were retained
	   because most of them come back to life.
	2. Added over 100 spammers that are at the end of the
	   add.Risk file.
	3. Added incidental Tracker, Web-Bug, and Ad Server hosts
	   as I used the Internet and spelunked web sites advertised
	   on TV.
