1. Just added a few more tracker rules.  You can see ALL of the change
   logs here:

2. Downgraded one rule and modified several others to reduce the false
   positives.
3. Unfortunately the check sums for the Editor shortcuts was put in the
   check sum files and an attempt to block  Ecatel PCs backfired.  There
   is no way to determine how much of their range is for valid web
   servers.  ISPs need to make dedicated blocks of IP addresses for
   customer machines not normally destined to accept incoming port
   80 or 443 traffic.  I am detecting a rise in botted PC machines
   that are hosting malware and links to them.
