September 22 Changes (HHH)

 1. Action:	ADDED  BadDomain  ".cqcounter.com"  rule
    Rule:	BadDomains[i++] = ".cqcounter.com";
    Reason:	Mike Burgess has 35 of these in his blocking hosts file.
                I have 39.  It IS a Wildcard DNS domain.  Like 2o7.net
		it can expand as far as it wants to.

 2. Action:	ADDED  BadDomain  ".advertserve.com"  rule
    Rule:	BadDomains[i++] = ".advertserve.com";
    Reason:	Mike Burgess has 40 of these in his blocking hosts file.
                I have 41 (include advertserve.com itself).  It is NOT
		a Wildcard DNS domain, but we have no idea how many of
		these turkeys there are.
